By accepting this agreement, you authorize BSynch to collect, store, and process your personal information including your full name, username, email address, and phone number.
Purpose: This data will be used exclusively for internal workforce management, project tracking, attendance records, and safety documentation related to Project Summit operations.
Data Protection: Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party outside of BSynch operations. Access is limited to authorized supervisors and administrators.
Your Rights: You may request correction or removal of your data at any time by contacting your supervisor or the project manager.
This digital acceptance constitutes your electronic signature and legally binding consent to the above terms.
